ABB & Samsung: the Smartest Community in the World
Real estate investment firm S. Property partnered with ABB Smart Buildings, Samsung Electronics, and five other partners to create one of the ‘smartest’ residential communities in the world. A show home near Stockholm, Sweden was inaugurated in November 2023, and working for ABB Smart Buildings, I led the whole project.
An inauguration event attended by five media outlets with TV coverage from T4 (Sweden) and BBC Click (380 million viewers across 200 countries every week). Media results included a podcast interview for the lead executive, Mark Zwerner.
After one month I achieved 116 trade media placements (& counting) with a reach of 1.4 billion, a virtual tour, a web story, and several executive LinkedIn articles. Two by-lined articles were also placed with media.
